  • Accredited by QCTO and relevant SETAs (e.g., LGSETA).

3. Eligibility

  • Users must be 18+ or have parental consent.
  • Enrollment subject to meeting course prerequisites.

4. Course Delivery

  • Courses delivered online and/or in-person.
  • QCTO-aligned curriculum and assessment standards.
  • Talent Emporium reserves the right to modify course content.

5. Fees and Payments

  • All fees are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Payment via secure gateway; non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Invoices issued upon registration.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials are copyrighted.
  • No reproduction or distribution without written consent.

7. User Conduct

  • No misuse of platform or abusive behavior.
  • Academic integrity is mandatory.
