Following a rigorous tender process at the City of Johannesburg, this is to confirm that Talent Emporium Academy was appointed by the City of Johannesburg (COJ), in April 2013 to develop and implement a Performance Management Training Program targeting COJ employees.
The training material of the highest quality was successfully developed and training is currently being implemented as per the project schedule. To this end the project deliverables has been executed to our satisfaction.
Consistent stakeholder feedback supports the services of Talent Emporium Academy for Performance Management delivery related projects as they have consistently delivered impressive sessions and sometimes exceeding our expectations as stipulated in the contract.
This is to confirm that Talent Emporium was appointed by PALAMA in July-December 2012 for the Review and Upgrading of learning materials for the Executive Development Programme. The modules reviewed are the following:
- Policy Formulation and Implementation
- Leading Change
- Strategic Planning and Management
- Leadership and Good Governance
- Communication and Customer Focused Strategies
In 2010/ 2011 Talent Emporium was appointed by PALAMA to review and develop a training programme of Policy and Procedure on Incapacity Leave and Ill-Health Retirement, known as PILIR.
Both projects were completed to our satisfaction. I would therefore consider contracting the company for future projects for they have delivered on all their contractual requirements, with professionalism and good working relationships throughout the implementation of both projects.
